I'm positively blown away by how successful this campaign as been so far.
Hopefully we can start reaching some of the stretch goals!!
Apparently, if we can get this project fully funded before the week is over, 1989nk will make it onto trending campaigns - which will REALLY push it much higher and create many, many more possibilities for the series!
At this rate, I can also make a stretch goal to include the funding for chapter 2!! (this means that any reward tiers for the digital or physical book for chapter 1 will AUTOMATICALLY have chapter 2 included as well if the stretch goal is met! Anyone who pledged towards receiving the collectors set of chapter 1 will get the collectors set of chapter 2 also if the chapter 2 stretch goal is funded!)
I will have more details on this in the coming weeks.
I was planning on having another kickstarter for chapter 2 when it came around anyway, but if chapter 2 can be funded now, that'd be even better!!

Hey, sorry for the sort of small/trivial update everybody
I just wanted to make sure there was no confusion regarding the Collector's Box Set Reward tier.
In the actual description of the rewards i neglected to mention that the Collector's box DOES CONTAIN THE BOOK, as is shown in the graphic in the campaign description. This was a slight oversight on my part, and I apologize for any confusion. Since there are pledges on the reward now, I can not edit it, so I'll just clarify it here.

I just wanted to make this quick update to say thank you all so much for completing the first funding goal with still 19 days to go!!
As of now I am preparing for some updated/new stretch goals. Some of which include:
- This chibi hiroki rubber keychain that will be inserted as the new FIRST stretch goal, which, if met, will be included in ALL physical book rewards, including the early birds.
(i should have a physical sample to show soon!)
with the shirt being moved to 24,000
the figures will be 26,000
a possible new item for the collector's box will be inserted
and then the chapter 2 funding goal.
i'll have the numbers for these last two asap.
- The design for the t-shirt for the stretch goal will be finalized sometime in the next couple weeks.
- I have a few ideas for a stretch goal for another exclusive item in the collector's edition box.
- I'm still ironing out the math, but by the end of this week a CHAPTER 2 STRETCH GOAL will be inserted as the last goal
- If we make our way to the chapter 2 stretch goal, more "APPEAR IN THE COMIC" rewards will be made available for chapter 2.
Please keep your pledges coming if we want to start making our way to these stretch goals early!! I promise all of this will be properly announced by the end of this week. I'm just taking a small break for a few days because I've been going nonstop for the last couple weeks. ;;; I hope that's okay.
I've noticed quite a few pledge cancels yesterday and today and I hope it's not anything I did!! qq I'm very sorry if it is. I'm sorry I was so late to announcing the goal being met (I was doing it on my social media mostly, @kalematsuba on twitter and tumblr.)
